This is such a unique vintage early 2000's Valentino black pencil skirt that is meant to be worn lower on the waist. The skirt is designed with perfect gathered ruching in the back that frames a center panel. Valentino Garavani vintage pieces are always coveted and beautifully made. We love that they always have details that set them apart. This skirt is no exception to that as it hugs the body in all the right places and is so uniquely finished. 

The fabric is a blend of 67% acetate and 33% silk and it closes with a center back zipper and hook and eye. Labeled Valentino Made in Italy. Fits a size XS or S  but please pay particularly close attention to the hip measurement as Italian clothing tends to have smaller hips.
