It's in excellent condition, and labeled "Evan Picone, 80% wool 20% polyester, dry clean only, union label, size 10". The skirt measures Waist 27 inches, Hip 38 inches, Length 27 1/2 inches. Shown on a dress form that measures Bust 36" Waist 25" Hips 36". This is an authentic vintage piece in wearable condition, that has been cleaned and repaired (if necessary).
